Helpline Youth Counseling (HYC), founded in 1967 and incorporated in 1971, is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting at‑risk, low‑income children, youth, and families. The Child Family Specialist will work directly with children and families to achieve permanency, providing services to improve daily functioning and assisting with assessing and implementing a Plan of Care.
