They are seeking a Lead Quality Management Systems Specialist to drive the creation and improvement of their Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to industry standards and processes. This role involves auditing, root cause analysis, and training for a high-performance culture within a rapidly evolving sector.
Requirements
- University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Management, with aerospace or defence experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of EN9100 and AQAP standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
