Senior Community Health Worker - Call Center Agent

The Senior Community Health Worker - Call Center Agent will assist patients in enrolling in the LA Health Portal and provide customer service in a high-volume contact center environment. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
• 1 year of experience in related field preferred
• Clearances per DHS employment contract
• COVID vaccination required
