Customer Care Representative (Order Management) with Dutch, part of a global and diverse Customer Care team, delivering outstanding service to customers in the Netherlands, supporting the order-to-cash process in line with Hempel's vision and values.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar role
- Very good English and Dutch language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- University degree in relevant field would be a plus
- Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Highly motivated and proactive approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
- Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed
