Join Hempel's global and diverse Customer Care team as a Customer Care Representative with German. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers across Europe, supporting the order-to-cash process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar role.
- Very good English and German language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Highly motivated and proactive approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
- Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed.
