The HSE Specialist will support health, safety, and environmental programs with a primary focus on occupational safety and process safety management (PSM).
Requirements
- Develop and implement safety programs aligned with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Manage combustible dust safety programs, including housekeeping standards, preventive maintenance, and monitoring to minimize dust-related risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses; recommend corrective actions to eliminate hazards.
- Lead investigations using TapRooT, Five Why, or Fishbone methodologies; prepare detailed reports and track corrective actions.
- Perform and document regulatory compliance inspections (e.g., Central Accumulation Waste, TPDES stormwater, SPCC, SWPPP).
