The Regulatory Manager for the Americas will be responsible for managing the regulatory compliance aspects of the assigned operation to meet both governmental as well as customer requirements. This includes maintaining chemical/substance regulatory compliance in USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America, and coordinating with R&D, Production, Commercial team to maintain conformity with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- 5-10 years’ experience in the Coatings, Chemical or Regulatory industry
- Good computer skills including MS Office proficiency.
- Independent research and project management capabilities.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Multilingual Fluency – Spanish and English (desired)
- Knowledge of Mexico Labelling / Marking Requirement, CARB, SCAQMD, EPA, TSCA & DSL regulations (desired)
- Product formulation software (ProductVision) (desired)
