Associate Engineer, Engineering/Operations

The Associate Engineer, Engineering/Operations will participate in the site's Engineering and Operations Career Development Program, rotating job assignments each year and gaining insights into various departments within the state-of-the-art Innovation and Manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Plans, schedules, implements and coordinates the technical and management aspects of continuous improvement engineering projects and activities.
• Leads the determination of machine and process improvements by collecting data and resolving root causes.
• Leads the identification of equipment and process trends, root causes, variances to develop action plans for improvement.
• Improves Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through reducing changeovers, cleans, set-ups and staging of equipment/materials.
• Provides assistance/training to production/maintenance teams to solve problems with equipment and systems.
• Maintains Clean & Organized Work area.
• Adheres to Company and OSHA Safety Rules/Policies, and Regulations.
