Process Engineer, R&D Technical Operations

The Process Engineer, R&D Technical Operations role provides technical support for the Herbalife LaCore Manufacturing site to facilitate new product introduction, assure supply continuity, and improve product quality and manufacturing process efficiency.

Requirements

• Own the development and revision of manufacturing procedures for blending and packaging (master batch records revisions)
• Lead cross functional team for process improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency and deliver cost savings
• Complete investigations regarding manufacturing opportunities related to raw material, process design and product events
• Develop and lead Pilot, Process Verification studies to evaluate alternate raw material and process design
• Approve formula specifications to ensure raw material inputs meet label claims and method capability
