Job Description
The Category Manager, Global Product Sourcing will lead packaging categories across North America, managing supplier relationships, pricing, and contracts. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional team leadership, and a focus on supply chain optimization, cost savings, and innovation. The ideal candidate will build a global sourcing strategy with a vendor and leverage buying power to improve Herbalife's supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
- 7 years of purchasing and procurement experience, including at least 2 years in sourcing or category management
- Experience in fast-paced environments leading multiple projects
- Proven track record of exceeding goals in cost savings and supplier performance
- Strong understanding of Sourcing process, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Well-developed knowledge of contract development and negotiation
- B.S. Degree in a related field
