Job Description
The Processing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the egg processing facility, ensuring efficiency, product quality, compliance with food safety regulations, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing/Manufacturing, Food Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing
- HACCP certification within 6 months of hire
- MOBA operator courses
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Occasional lifting to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, and climb continuously throughout the day
