Maschinen- und Anlagenführer*in mit Vertretungsfunktion

We are looking for a machine and plant operator with representative function to strengthen our team at Schwartauer Werke. You will support the deputy production manager in planning production, operation of machines, and other tasks. We offer a 38-hour workweek, 30 days of vacation, and a competitive salary.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally training as a food technology assistant or in the food industry or long-term professional experience in a comparable position
• Practical experience in the food processing industry is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a production plant
• Ideally, first leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Communicative personality with joy in team leadership and employee promotion
• English language skills are desirable
• Good SAP and MS Office skills
