We are looking for a Deputy Shift Leader for our Corny Production in Bad Schwartau, DE. The ideal candidate has technical vocational training and experience in the food industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 25 employees
• Personnel deployment planning and coordination of all operational production processes
• Close coordination with shift leaders of other shifts
• Conducting employee interviews and employee evaluations
• Create a cooperative and trustworthy work environment
• Ensure availability of equipment and optimal production utilization while meeting occupational safety, food safety, and quality standards
• Implement change and KVP processes
