Job Description
Heron is seeking a Founding Commercial Lead (Insurance) to drive growth through new logo acquisition across Insurance Carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers in the US and UK. This role focuses on research, lead generation, sales management, and collaboration with customers, aiming to increase revenue and ensure excellent customer outcomes. It's a strategic role within a fast-growing insurance technology company.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales or other highly commercial roles
- Experience with C-level stakeholders, complex environments, or third-party dependencies.
- End-to-end experience from prospecting to closing
- Knowledge of a customer's process
- Comfort with deeply understanding a customer's goals and current business processes
