Job Description
The Customer Service Associate provides exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and fostering a culture of empowerment within the Hertz Corporation. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, building team cohesion, and supporting employee development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
