Resident Network Engineer

Resident Network Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining expertise on products deployed within customer's network, providing mentoring on Juniper solutions, and carrying out various technical and operational tasks.

Requirements

• 5-year+ experience providing implementation and technical support of networking products (routers and switches) in WAN and LAN environments.
• Detailed understanding of protocols surrounding IP service provider networks.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting complex issues both at the device-level and network-level, in a multi-vendor environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of new WAN architectures, multicast protocols, and broadband networks.
• Previous experience with Juniper Networks products and JUNOS software.
