Senior UX Designer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging experiences for users across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and design quality.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX tools.
• Advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions and product decisions.
