Job Description
The Modern Workplace Support Engineer will manage multiple areas of focus within the IT department, including End User Computing and L2/L3 Service Support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving tickets, managing and optimizing EUC applications and systems, and working on local and global IT projects.
Requirements
- ICT related Bachelor level of knowledge, focus on Microsoft technologies
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar L2/L3 support function
- Microsoft Certificates on specific Microsoft products
- Knowledge and experience in L2/L3 Workplace processes
- Good knowledge and experience with PowerShell
- Great English skills
