Business Development Manager - Infrastructure Health

IDS GeoRadar is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the development and expansion of its Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) business across the United States and Canada. The role will focus on driving market adoption of contactless radar solutions for bridge and infrastructure monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience in SHM, bridge monitoring, or related sensing technologies
• Deep understanding of structural and deformation monitoring methods and real-world applications
• Strong strategic vision, leadership, and ability to work independently
• Experience operating across the US and Canadian infrastructure landscape
