Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Strategic Health Monitoring (SHM) initiative and build the SHM business from the ground up. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of structural and deformation monitoring and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new market, define its direction, and position one of our Division as a trusted player in the SHM space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the sector of SHM/bridge monitoring or related fields
• Deep understanding of structural and deformation monitoring technologies and sensors
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, proven experience in expanding business operations internationally, with a deep understanding of global markets, regulations, and cultural differences
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets
