The HR Business Partner will act as a bridge between HR and the business by aligning people strategies with the overall business goals while providing HR expertise to business leaders and teams throughout Latin America (LATAM).
Requirements
- Generalist HR experience providing advice, guidance and coaching to employees and senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree from an accredited college or university
- Professional working proficiency in the English language, both in written and verbal form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and office equipment
- Experience with metrics and reporting is highly advantageous
- Experience working for a progressive, high-tech company is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in the Spanish language is preferred
- Experience with SAP Success Factors HRIS is preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including benefits, compensation, leave management, and talent development
