Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Significant exposure as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a global, complex and matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in Australia and New Zealand
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), with experience in SuccessFactors or similar platform
- Solid background in HR Operations, Talent Management, C&B
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to act as a business enabler, driving outcomes through strategic partnership and hands-on execution
