Senior Product Manager

Hexarad is a healthcare company that provides teleradiology services and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the operations of its platform. The role requires 5+ years of experience in product management and a strong foundation in agile, lean, user-centric thinking, user research and discovery, data analysis, and UX-focused design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product manager roles
• Solid foundations in agile, lean, user-centric thinking, user research and discovery, data analysis, and UX-focused design
• 5+ years in high-performance SaaS B2B workflow and/or internal operations platforms
• Ability to execute at direction and collaborate with other product managers
• Intellectual honesty about what's working and not working
• Toggle between the big picture and the details
• Adapt flexibly in the face of the unexpected
• Adeptly navigate complex technical and data issues
• Deliver well-organised and effective written and oral communication
• Explain thinking and decisions to stakeholders and colleagues
• Receptive to and incorporate feedback
• Flexible in tooling and ways of working
