Production Operator / Process Associate

Hexcel is seeking a Production Operator/Process Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. The selected individual will be responsible for performing manufacturing duties, reading and documenting operating parameters, and ensuring product quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, and ability to urgently address situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to urgently address situations and events that require a quick response
• Demonstrate basic written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to physically perform the functions of the job
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to conduct and understand basic arithmetic and measurements using a calculator and ruler
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
