Production Supervisor

Hexcel is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Salt Lake City, UT location. The selected individual will be responsible for supervising and training hourly employees, leading and developing employees, and supporting safety and quality programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years' production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; ERP/MRP experience preferred
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and other Continuous Improvement techniques; Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
