Job Description
White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in La Jolla, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Director of Buildings & Grounds in overseeing the work of our Maintenance Team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of manager/supervisory experience required.
- At least 6 years experience in general or commercial maintenance required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates’ degree and/or completion of trade school preferred.
- Two years’ supervisory experience preferred.
- CFC Certification preferred to perform HVAC, E.P.A.
- CPO certification preferred.
