Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Director of Environmental Services in overseeing the work of maintenance staff to maintain the appearance and preservation of the community. The role involves scheduling, directing, and participating in daily maintenance and repairs, reviewing and inspecting the work of subordinate personnel, and enforcing safety requirements.

Requirements

• Two years' prior supervisory experience preferred
• Four to six years' experience in general or commercial maintenance
• CFC Certification preferred to perform HVAC work
• PA., CPO certifications may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree and/or completion of trade school preferred
