Job Description
We are looking for a recruiter who will not only fill job vacancies, but also put our employer brand firmly on the map in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will have the freedom to build employer branding while ensuring that the right people join our organization.
Requirements
- Manage the flow of talent and lead the project to position HG as a top employer.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z for our Dutch job vacancies.
- Develop creative campaigns and content that showcase our culture to the outside world.
- Analyze data from Recruitee and optimize each step in the recruitment journey.
- Dive into data to see where we can speed up our recruitment.
- Build trust with stakeholders and advise managers on their team composition.
- Mastery of Dutch and English to connect with everyone within our international organization.
Benefits
- Gross salary between € 3,600 and € 4,300 per month (based on full-time)
