Recruiter

As a Recruiter at SPECTO Aerospace, you will be responsible for the operational execution of recruitment for both locations, drafting and managing vacancy texts, handling and following up on applications, and representing the company at job fairs and events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, preferably within a technical or industrial environment
• Familiarity with Recruitee or a comparable ATS and other recruitment software
• Experience with social media recruitment and working with Canva
• Good command of Dutch (fluently) and English, with a practical and independent working attitude
