HGA's Education and Arts + Culture markets are excited to invite a talented, design-sensitive, and ambitious Project Manager to join our dynamic Washington, DC team!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in Architecture.
- Architectural licensure is preferred; LEED Accreditation and/or WELL AP is a plus.
- 12+ years of professional experience honed on increasingly more complex projects with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Higher Education, Health Education and/or Arts project experience.
- Demonstrated skill in working on a variety of project scales.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Ability to lead discussions with clients on project scope and budgets and management of project delivery.
- Proficiency with industry accepted software and Microsoft Office products is needed.
- Proficiency with Architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and the Adobe suite is beneficial.
