Server

We are looking for team members who want to be a part of a growing hospitality group! Our Server’s primary focus is to create dining experiences worth celebrating which in turn create loyalty. This position is guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected.

Requirements

• Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and engage in conversation.
• Be knowledgeable about food and beverage options and present them in an informational, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
• Correctly enter orders into Point of Sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff and in proper sequence and appropriate charges.
• Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or additional requests and inform managers as needed.
• Practice safe food and bag handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Encourage contactless payment in brands where it is available or collect and accurately process guest payments by handling money, making necessary changes, and processing credit card transactions.
• Bus tables and ensure table is guest ready for next guest.
• Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor.
