Job Description
The restaurant group is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented team members to provide exceptional dining experiences. The Server's primary focus is guest satisfaction and creating a positive atmosphere. This role involves taking orders, delivering them accurately, and providing excellent service. The team operates under award-winning brands and offers growth opportunities.
Requirements
- In a timely manner, provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
- Correctly enter orders into Point of Sale system.
- Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements.
- Perform shift change and opening/closing duties.
- Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in handling payments and calculating tips
- Guest Service Orientation: Commitment to providing a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures
- Ability to lift between 20 to 50 pounds
