Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead client acquisition and relationship management for a fast-growing financial services firm serving Multi-Family Offices, EAMs, Private Banks, and Securities Houses. The role focuses on driving business growth through new client relationships, asset raising, and contract negotiation. The company leverages technology and operates under an SFC license.
Requirements
- Originate and develop new client relationships across the firm’s core markets, focusing on financial institutions.
- Deepen engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and increased wallet share.
- Drive AuM growth by promoting the firm's branded structured products and tailored investment solutions.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities based on evolving client needs.
- Manage client onboarding, including KYC/due diligence.
- Provide ongoing client support across non-dealing matters via the firm’s digital platforms.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating business contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
