Job Description
The firm is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager/Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory adherence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves providing ongoing support on compliance and anti-money laundering matters, acting as the primary point of contact with ADGM regulators, and maintaining Shariah compliance. Candidates should have prior authorisation from the FSRA and significant financial services compliance experience.
Requirements
- Prior authorisation by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)
- 8+ years’ direct compliance and AML experience within financial services
- Proven track record in designing and implementing compliance programs
- Previous banking experience preferred, particularly Islamic Finance/Shariah knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
