Senior Implementation Advisor

Higher Logic is seeking a Senior Implementation Advisor to drive the implementation and deployment of its private white-label community software for assigned customers. The role involves providing excellent service, efficient implementation, and product knowledge to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary project manager to assigned customers
• Define, plan and implement deliverables and tasks for successful implementations
• Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external project team members
• Provide user training via the Web or on-site for onboarding and the effective use of the software and best practices
• Elicit feedback from the customer relating to the project implementation, end-user adoption, and satisfaction with the product
