Job Description
Highgate Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager to focus on profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development within Verdanza Hotel. This role involves coordinating sales efforts, managing department staff, and maintaining hotel standards and procedures. The Assistant General Manager will collaborate with the Vice President and Regional Director of Operations to enhance guest experience and drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in a hotel.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Long hours sometimes required.
