Job Description
Highgate Hotels is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of a large hotel in Fremont, CA. This role focuses on driving profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and developing employees. The General Manager will manage daily operations, financial reviews, and ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures. This is a highly visible role with significant decision-making responsibility.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or 4-year college degree & 5-6 years related experience
- Light physical work (lifting, carrying, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Multitasking and prioritization abilities
