Job Description
The Practice Manager oversees the operational components of the primary office location, providing mentorship and consultation to ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards. Performs routine and non-routine duties requiring advanced administrative skills and proficiency. Works collaboratively with leadership to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred); or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a physician practice setting
- High level leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient with Flowcast, eRecord, scanning and Outlook
