Job Description
Cornerstone Care is seeking a Practice Manager to join their team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the health center, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. The Practice Manager will work closely with clinical leaders, staff, and external partners to maintain compliance, improve patient outcomes, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent, required, advanced degree, preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a community health center or similar setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical practice operations, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing, and regulatory compliance.
