Job Description
Highland Spring Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of their facilities across two manufacturing sites in Blackford, Scotland. The role involves ensuring site safety, efficiency, and adherence to legal and environmental standards, as well as driving sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional qualifications like IWFM, NEBOSH, or IOSH (highly desirable)
- 7–10 years’ experience in facilities management, including multi-site manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Proven project management skills
- A collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
