Job Description
Mergon is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and efficiency of their manufacturing plant and associated infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
