Job Description
The Highlands at Brighton is hiring a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to direct, manage, plan, and evaluate the clinical and administrative activities for the nursing department.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing required
- Current NYS RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a leadership role required
- Minimum of two (2) years recent acute medical/surgical experience preferred
- One (1) year of long term care experience preferred
- Experience with intravenous therapy, ventilator dependent residents, neurobehavioral residents, rehab-sub acute care residents, and geriatric residents preferred
