Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a passionate and Spanish-speaker Customer Success Manager to join their team. The role involves managing high-value customer relationships, ensuring retention, and leading on-time implementation of client solutions. The company is a global, AI-powered sales & marketing platform used by over 2 million businesses, supporting growth through industry-leading tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years in a customer-facing and/or implementation role, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack is strongly preferred.
