Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a Director of Finance Strategy & Operations to join their Finance leadership team. This strategic role will be responsible for the finance function's operation, efficiency, and scalability, serving as the program architect and operator for critical initiatives. The Director will collaborate with the CFO and Finance leadership, ensuring disciplined and forward-looking finance practices within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Requirements
- Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for the CFO.
- Translate strategic financial goals into operational action items.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the number of days to close the books.
