Job Description
HighLevel is a cloud-based marketing and sales platform seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders across various departments. The role focuses on strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and influencing organizational effectiveness within the Global Operations division. This position will drive business outcomes through data, empathy, and business acumen, aligning with HighLevel's core values and mission.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive business partnering experience
- Experience supporting multiple G&A verticals (e.g., Legal + IT + Finance)
- Proven success influencing senior leaders in matrixed, fast-paced, and global (remote-first) environments
- Deep understanding of compliance, employment practices, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and DEIB
- High learning agility, empathy, and adaptability
