Senior Intake Coordinator

The Senior Intake Coordinator role involves capturing inbound phone inquiries for utilization management review, assessing verbal requests, and ensuring accurate information is verified and entered to adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Handle all inbound phone requests from providers or pharmacies for Prior Authorization requests
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure call is being appropriately responded to while gathering all required documentation
• Ensure accuracy of data entry to prevent compliance and/or downstream process issues
