Hightouch is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Southern Europe team, expanding our presence across the region. We're a small, high-impact team seeking someone with at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure
- Proven success building pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French is a strong plus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions
