Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Product Design to own the user experience and interface design of the platform by recruiting and leading a team of in-house product designers. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product design, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams
- Expert level in working with an in-house created design system
- History of designing scalable user research and usability processes
- Considerable experience working with Figma
- Strong communication skills
