Job Description
HCI Sports & Fitness is seeking enthusiastic soccer coaches dedicated to making a difference in young athletes. Coaches will provide leadership, supervision, and structured instruction to children ages 3-12. Responsibilities include training sessions, cleaning, assisting with administration, and participating in continuous education. Coaches are expected to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- USSF 4v4 Diploma, USC Foundations of Coaching Diploma, or approved youth license
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong work ethic
- Team oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge
