We’re looking for a talented, proactive Communications Manager to join our growing team at The Hill Group. In this unique and varied role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we communicate — both within our business and beyond.
Requirements
- Experience in communications and event management (in-house or agency)
- Strong writing and editorial skills for both print and digital platforms
- Confident working with CMS and intranet tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns to deadline
- A collaborative, positive communicator with stakeholder management experience
- Line management experience (preferred)
- Experience with intranet platforms – e.g. SharePoint (preferred)
- Experience with InDesign (a bonus, not essential)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM database coordination
- High attention to detail, creative mindset, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience within construction or property sectors (a bonus, not essential)
